However, we can view all the red conversations, ones assigned to me or those assigned to other users. For instance, I can see the conversations assigned to my new VA. Additionally, we have numerous filters available. We can filter conversations by the last channel: email, SMS, Google My Business, WhatsApp, Facebook, calls, voicemail, or Instagram.
